An entrepreneur at heart, Ido founded DriveNets in December 2015 and has been the company’s CEO, shaping its technological and business vision since. Prior to DriveNets, Ido co-founded Intucell – the company that invented the Self Optimizing Network (SON), which was acquired by Cisco for $475M three years after its inception. After the acquisition, Ido held a leading role in the global mobility solutions business unit at Cisco. Ido started his career as a technology prodigy in the intelligence unit of the IDF.

Hillel is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building companies and growing their business. He co-founded DriveNets with Ido Susan, driving the company’s business strategy. Prior to DriveNets, Hillel founded Interwise – a Web Conferencing software company that was acquired by AT&T in 2007. After the acquisition, Hillel built and managed AT&T’s R&D center in Israel and was a Senior Advisor to Israel’s Minister of Finance (2013–2015).

Rani serves as the General Manager of DriveNets Cybersecurity business unit. Previously serving as Head of the Joint Cyber Defense Division in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), for over three decades Rani played a central role in shaping and leading Israel’s cyber defense posture, with responsibility for defending IDF assets and coordinating national-level efforts to secure critical digital infrastructure. Key positions included Head of the National Encryption Center (“Matzov”), founding member of the IDF Cyber Chief of Staff, and senior roles in the Directorate of Defense Research and Development (DDR&D). Rani holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering and is a recipient of the Israel Defense Prize, as well as having recently been awarded the US Legion of Merit.

Hanna serves as SVP Engineering, Network Automation at DriveNets. With over 25 years of experience in software development and 18 years in engineering leadership, her background spans diverse domains, including telecommunications, cybersecurity, and cloud-native application development. Prior to DriveNets, Hanna was Head of Engineering for AWS Transform, overseeing a global organization that builds agentic workflows, leveraging generative AI and LLM-based automation to translate complex VMware network topologies into AWS-native constructs, migrate on-premises environments to AWS, and enable autonomous end-to-end migrations.

A global business leader with extensive relevant experience, Gisel spent more than 20 years at Amdocs, and most recently served as Division President for AT&T, where she led sales, delivery, and operations. Prior to that, she held divisions for Vodafone and Telefónica, where she built strong partnerships and drove significant business growth.

Sigal serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Recruitment at DriveNets, where she leads the company’s global people strategy and talent acquisition, HR operations, and organizational development. With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, Sigal brings deep expertise in HR leadership, organizational development, and scaling global teams. Prior to joining DriveNets in 2019, she served as Head of HR & Recruitment Manager at Team8 Cybersecurity, where she led the company’s recruiting efforts. Sigal holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Rachel is Chief of Staff to DriveNets CEO, Ido Susan, bringing more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership support, organizational scaling, and global operations. In her role, she helps drive operational alignment across the company and also oversees DriveNets’ real estate portfolio, ensuring its physical infrastructure supports the company’s business objectives and continued growth.

Prior to joining DriveNets, Rachel spent 13 years as Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Microsoft Israel.
